I am a highly motivated and recent graduate of Slippery Rock University, where I completed over 100 credits in just two years to earn my degree in finance with a minor in accounting. My journey into the financial sector began with a deep interest in the stock market, which inspired a career transition from plumbing to finance—a decision that has shaped my commitment to continuous growth and learning. While at Slippery Rock, I gained practical industry experience through internships with leading firms. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, I served as an International Tax Intern, working extensively with Form 5471 and Form 8858 and developing a strong understanding of global tax structures. At Schneider Downs in Pittsburgh, I currently serve as a Tax Analyst Intern, assisting in the preparation of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations—ensuring full compliance with current tax laws and regulations. My role at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative Intern further sharpened my skills in relationship management, financial planning, and investment strategy. Before entering the financial industry, I worked as a Sales Associate at Wireless Advocates, where I managed daily kiosk operations and built strong customer service and sales skills. Across all of my roles, I’ve developed a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and bring eight years of hands-on experience in client-facing environments.
