I have fifteen years experience in Telecommunications with a proven track record of success in managing projects and programs of work that deliver business results. I am experienced in managing difficult projects where contractual matters, stakeholder issues, or delivery issues are of major concern. I have managed a number of different kinds of assignments including IT infrastructure projects, and managed services. My strengths include: • Leading large and complex projects from initiation through to closure. • Engaging senior stakeholders on large programs and projects. • Risk management. • Strong record of success in leading bids and proposals. My experience in both law and politics allows me to assimilate and condense facts and deliver detailed reports concisely and quickly. I am a fast learner and can assimilate detail and policy as required, allowing me to be a superior project manager as demonstrated by my ability to work as a legal coordinator on legal cases well as implement and oversee large telecommunications projects for AT & T. My attention to detail always keeps goal in focus while understanding and thereby the possible pitfalls so that the goal is always the goal. Project managing and installing large projects within deadlines has been my work for the last 15 years. I have always delivered on time every time despite provisioning and extraneous events. I once had a newspaper say that should I fail my failure would be “front page news”, a challenge that I welcomed and one which I met. I am fluent in English and have no problems with either writing concise reports or public speaking. Effective listening and responding with peers and clients is important to me so that the goals of the assignment are met.
