Responsible for establishing and maintaining MCRI's enterprise-wide cyber and information security program. Develop and oversee MCRI's cyber security strategy, governance processes and security operations to ensure MCRI is cyber resilient, and our people, participants and assets are adequately protected from cyber threats. Sit on appropriate steering and governance committees and provide regular program updates via reporting and presentations to executive leadership and the board. • Lead the development and execution of short, medium and long-term cyber strategy and roadmaps • Develop relevant governance framework, policies, procedures, and system reviews to progress cyber security maturity • Lead internal and external auditing and review process regarding cyber security • Complete incident investigation regarding cyber security concerns and provide succinct analysis and reports • Lead cyber security playbooks for MCRI/VCGS • Organise and chair the Cyber Security Steering Committee, and act as administrator • Prepare updates, reports regarding the progress of the Cyber Security initiatives • Develop new and tailored training initiatives in partnership with the Learning & Capability team • Evaluate and continuously improve the strategy for cyber security awareness • Present on cyber wise awareness to different audiences • Coach and mentor IT and other key stakeholders regarding Cyber Security • Develops solutions and uses analysis and expertise to develop business case regarding organisational requirements • Participates in advisory and steering groups, and leads the Cyber Security Steering Committee • Create solutions to new and existing cybersecurity concerns • Lead and drive project management for cybersecurity projects • Facilitate and lead internal and external meetings/workshops with stakeholders • Liaises and manages stakeholder expectations in relation to project delivery (time/resource/cost implications/risk) • Lead the oversight, monitoring and/or management of key cyber risks, issues, and incidents • Lead the assurance testing/validation over key cyber risks and controls • Lead independent reviews/deep dives within Cyber Security to assess the effectiveness of cyber risk management and to improve business processes/control design • Present at internal and external forums in relation to cybersecurity •Engage in the cyber security culture including professional development activities and attending internal/external conferences and seminars
