Anthony is an industry-leading coach with over a decade of experience working with high-functioning individuals and high performers. His journey to becoming a high performer himself is nothing short of inspiring. Anthony overcame teenage heroin addiction, obesity, and a lifelong case of the ‘never enough's’ Learning how to access and then harness a power within, Anthony successfully re-built his life from the ground up. From morbidly obese to ‘Mr Qld’ Bodybuilding title. From being told by doctors that his ‘next step was death’ to being awarded as one of InQueensland’s top ‘40 under 40’ influential leaders. From destitute and hopeless to coaching and leading a business that has helped thousands of high functioning humans not only achieve more but lead richer and more meaningful lives, it is clear Anthony knows a thing or two about the transformation of mind, body and the power of the human spirit. In a world where traditional ‘therapy’ often doesn’t suit and sometimes fails, Anthony and his team at Awakened Lifestyles have pioneered their own internationally accredited coaching modality, and leads a team of coaches working with individuals, groups and teams. From weekly programs helping the homeless through to 1:1 coaching of some of Australia’s highest achieving business, entertainment and industry minds. He is a regular keynote speaker, facilitator and influencer regularly acknowledged for his down to earth, unorthodox approach. While what brings people to his work varies, the goal is simple, to lead a life where one can move toward a state of being ‘smiling when I die’.
