I am a strong advocate of helping to improve the health and lives of others. Having worked worked with some of the best people around the world in the sport of horseracing, I have chosen to call Melbourne, Australia home. My passion for knowledge and drive to provide the best help and assistance I can has lead me to becoming a personal trainer, however, I believe this is only one side of the health pendulum. Which has further led me to completing my bachelors in food and nutrition science, majoring in exercise physiology, an Honors' degree in Nutritional Science and a Masters of Dietetics to be completed in June 2022. With my background in horse-riding and trackwork I understand the difficulties in weight management. I want to help people understand the confusing world of nutrition, develop sustainable, healthy relationships with food though personalized nutrition and education.
