I have over 32 yrs working experience in private, public and development, of which15 years of my experience had been in revolutionizing multimillion-dollar social and development sector operations and delivering groundbreaking solutions in multiple thematic areas including Health, Affordable Housing, and Climate Change. During this time, I have diversified funding through program (re)design and innovation, communications and branding and stakeholder development with major donors and African government leaders. Donors I have worked with include FCDO, USAID, BMZ, ADH, AstraZeneca, GAVI, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Warren Buffet among others.Through these initiatives, I have helped create economic opportunities through market system development/shaping and strategic partnerships. In addition, I have facilitated policy shifts and collaborations.With internal teams, I have helped to build collaborative and entrepreneurial cultures, created operational and financial efficiencies including starting social enterprises to diversify funding thus scaling impact.
