I would describe myself as extremely curious and eager to learn in all aspects of my life, both personal and professional. I like random bits of information because they show the amazing nature of the human brain: you don't always realize you have certain knowledge until you're trying to solve a problem and it hits you! I also have 8 years of experience managing learning and training projects while consulting for clients in banking, insurance, asset management, manufacturing, and healthcare to determine the desired objectives, the behaviors employees must exhibit differently to achieve those pre-determined outcomes, the appropriate knowledge/skills they need to exhibit those behaviors, and the appealing, user-friendly interventions to implement such learning. I've helped over professionals upskill and fill gaps in their professional and personal development by utilizing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, blended learning and eLearning technology solutions. As I progressed through the ranks at IBFCAlliance Limited, a business, recruitment, and training consultancy, I demonstrated and honed skills that enable me to multi-task, think critically, identify root causes of and solve problems, collaborate in/across cross-functional teams, and provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders alike. While I am skilled at collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, I am also knowledgeable in the intersection of business goals and customer requirements. I believe that effectively managing stakeholders, recognizing inefficiencies and maximizing productivity to improve team processes, communicating effectively to remove impediments to work and resolving conflicts among team members and teams and objectively monitoring budgets and costs as well as tracking quality help to improve team relations and achieve project goals. I am equally proficient at using technology tools to achieve my work goals, provide project status reports to stakeholders and collaborate with my colleagues.
