About Anthony Ortiz

After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, I have accrued a significant amount of experience in Customer Success and Operations within the Software as a Service and Financial Industries. My first major role was with a start-up tech company, RevoPay, that focused on providing ePayments to emerging markets. I worked my way up from Customer Service Associate to Director of Client Success after leading and implementing several major projects that drastically improved our client experience and increased our profitability. My current position at MyPrimeHomeLoan.com as AVP of Operations and Loan Management has refined my skills in client and partner communications, as well as expanded on my prior knowledge of the financial industry. On the customer-facing side, I’ve learned how to manage and meet all client needs while fine-tuning operations to become more efficient and seamless.
