Having recently completed my first degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement, I am now currently pursuing my second degree along with a Bachelor's. Post educational completion, my goal is to enter into a career in either victim advocacy, restorative justice, or anything law enforcement related. Helping people and by assisting them in their times of need is an inner passion that I have yet to explore until now. I have over 19 years of combined experience in the contact center industry, fulfilling roles ranging from front line customer service all the way up to technical process management. I have been highly regarded by my peers and superiors as a seeker of ownership, responsibility, and I am passionate about the work that I am engaged in. I am a vibrant problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping, reducing costs, and simplifying processes. My employers value my strong communication and relationship development skills. Positive relationship building has been achieved by my ability to engage and communicate clearly and consistently with internal team members, external partners, and customers. I also posses many transferable skills that allow me to navigate easily through change and ambiguity and adapt to a sharp learning curve. Creativity and the ability to thrive in high pressure conditions have also contributed to my success and valuable contributions to the organizations I support. I believe that my strengths flourish in a fast paced high-growth environment.
