With over 33 years of experience across auditing and assurance, accounting, corporate finance, enterprise risk management, internal auditing, treasury management, corporate governance, and training, I’ve spent the last 27 years in executive leadership roles helping to shape the financial and regulatory landscape of Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean, and Latin America. As a past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC), former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT), and the founder of ICATT’s Flagship Annual International Finance and Accounting Conference, I am deeply committed to advancing the accounting profession and fostering a legacy of compliance and service excellence. Throughout my career, I’ve led financial strategy and governance initiatives across private, public, and nonprofit sectors, championed ethical leadership, and supported capacity-building across the region. I continue to serve as a board director, advisor, and mentor, offering strategic insight grounded in integrity and results.
