Worked with the BI team to collect data about past incidents to provide concrete insights to management about our team's business impact. This data was also used to show our team how we were progressing toward our objectives and to inform future strategic plans. Reviewed our deployment process for improvements and made changes to achieve zero-downtime canary deployments by eliminating single points of failure and integrating synthetic testing into deployments to reach four 9s availability. Reduced CI build and unit test time by 78% saving countless hours for developers and improving team velocity Collaborated with the Release Management team to redesign the deployment process to reduce the hands-on time required for compliance by 96% from 26 minutes to 1 minute per client Routinely reviewed cloud resource usage to find opportunities to right-size, consolidate, and remove unused resources, which saved the company over in total hosting costs
