About Anthony Paradiso

After three and a half years of discipline and dedication, I successfully completed my Bachelor’s in History at Concordia University in December 2017. I acquired indispensable skills in analysis and communication, and with those skillsets, it has helped me strive in the next step in my career at the Royal Bank of Canada in March 2018. My tenure at RBC has enhanced my skills in customer service, time management and business risk management. As a result of providing consistent and positive outcome in regards to performance, I was given leadership opportunities that involved Team Manager replacement and Training Manager Assistant. The latter would involve providing coaching, peer-to-peer mentoring, best practices and audit checks. As a result from these experiences, I was given the exposure necessary to develop my leadership skillsets and continue to pursue the next step of my career in management, training, coaching and project management. After joining the Scotiabank team in June 2022 in Automotive Finance I knew the possibilities were endless. My role as a Credit Analyst allowed me to broaden my skillsets and knowledge of the banking world. Adjudicating credit and business risk management forces one to dive deep into analysis and greatly improve their decision making. As a result, it has given me the opportunity to attain my goal in becoming a Manager of communication and training for Scotiabank’s Real Estate Secured Lending team in Oct 2023.
