About Anthony Phillips

Anthony has over 30 years of international business experience with blue chip brands in roles encompassing HR; change management; business acquisition / integration; business improvement and development. He is able to do business in 5 languages; lived / worked in over 10 countries and is continually striving and interested in being a truly global citizen. Holds a top MBA along with a Masters in Hotel Management and Honours Degree in Economics. He has been a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, UK, for a number of years. Anthony is CEO and founder (2001) of WellKom International a pioneer in both wellness and business transformation - through fusing the 3 Disciplines (3D) of Health, Business and HR Management into 3D Leadership. Under his leadership WellKom’s Global Mission is to “Enable Significant and Sustainable Improvements in Organisational and Personal Performance through Wellness” WellKom has been developing a next generation range of Wellness Solutions for employers; consumers, educational organisations and healthcare. The goal of WellKom is to develop one of the first true global wellness community brands, in partnership with other like- minded organisations and persons, and make a real and lasting difference to the performance and quality of lives of millions of people. Anthony has written articles, spoke at many events around the world and is increasingly focussed on working with governments who are focussed on both GDP / capital growth and quality of life – which is what wellness (mental and physical) and WellKom delivers. Anthony is genuinely passionate about wellness and walks the talk himself. For example, he is a World Team Champion with England at Racketlon (a match involving table tennis, badminton, squash and tennis) and plays (when business permits) at the Elite Individual level.
