Newell Brands SharePoint Specialist June 2010 – March 2023 (12 years) Provided training, support and troubleshooting to over users with SharePoint Online. Conducted over 500 SharePoint training sessions over a 12 year period. Migrated + site collections from SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online using ShareGate. Engineered “Power Platform” applications for Newell Brands for the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, England, India, Germany, France, Poland, Czech, Hungary, Spain, Austria. Approvals ranged from (US) to over $30 Million (US). Total SPO (SharePoint Online) Site Designs (2022-2023): 151 Total SPO Site Collection Overwatch: SharePoint Instructor, with focus on Site Administration, Permissions and Content Management, Workflows and Site Design. While at Newell Brands, I traveled to Toronto for an on-site 4-day SharePoint “Boot Camp.” Audience comprised of senior leadership, managers, and end-users. Upon completion of the course, users were able to successfully create, manage, and administrate their own SharePoint sites. Conducted on site training for Yankee Candle, location – S. Deerfield, Massachusetts. Senior leadership, and HR services personnel participated in the 4 day training week. Training consisted site administration, managing permissions, and content security. In support of Yankee Candle (Newell Brands Home Fragrance Division), developed an HR application in support of personnel onboarding to manage on and off boarding, terminations, salary and hourly for use by managers in over 50 stores across the United States. A contractor was hired to create the application and was let go after 16 months of development due to company down-sizing. I re-created and published a new HR Management app 60 days after project start date, saving the company over $250K.
