Experience leading State Government Departments and Directorates, developing and implementing strategies across the enterprise, budget preparation and monitoring, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, procurement, managing vendors, developing and implementing customer engagement models, managing projects and programs. My most recent position led the full life cycle management of CFA’s $2 Billion of Assets across over 1,300 built infrastructure sites, 2,500 Fire Fighting Appliances, 700 vehicles and Protective Equipment and Clothing. Specific domain knowledge relating to information and communications technology, fleet management, public sector construction and inventory management. Significant experience with Public Sector Procurement, Asset Management, development and implementation of Asset Plans and Strategies, Whole of life Asset Plan and the Victorian Government Asset Management Accountability Framework.
