Hello, my name is Anthony! I graduated from UC Riverside in 2020 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Currently, I work at Flexport as a technical recruiting coordinator where I manage scheduling requests among the engineering department. I support up to 6+ technical recruiters/sourcers in their day to day processes, serving as the point of contact for tech recruiting among all candidates and engineer team members. My involvement at Flexport and my previous experience as an Area Manager at Amazon has allowed me to improve and streamline processes as needed; identifying opportunities to drive consistency among recruiting operations. With this, I found myself really drawn to the backend operations behind recruitment - and developing solutions to refine our processes and increase efficiency.
