About Anthony Riddle

Thanks for viewing my profile. I am a district heating specialist. I have spent most of my working career in the consultancy sector within district energy. I am a technical specialist with over 20 years' experience. Much of my focus and interest is in low grade waste heat recovery to serve community and district heating and cooling networks. I bring breadth and depth in understanding of my clients' needs together with a perspective borne out of many years of involvement in a range of projects, both in the UK and internationally. I began my career in the field of wind energy, the field in which I obtained my PhD at Imperial College London, in 1995. I also taught as a mainstream secondary school classroom teacher of design and technology between 2003 and 2008 at Quintin Kynaston school in Westminster. I care deeply about social justice, social equity and the right to freedom of expression and autonomy over one's life choices. I work as a campaigner and a volunteer in a range of contexts. I identify as trans/non binary and as an intersectional feminist. I strive every day to live my life authentically and to be the best person, parent, partner, friend, ally and colleague that I can be. Best wishes Anthony
