From leading counseling teams in alternative schools to supervising ABA therapy programs for individuals with Autism, I’ve committed my career to meeting people where they are—and guiding them to where they can be. My expertise spans school counseling, behavioral intervention, and clinical program supervision. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, conducted formal assessments (DAY-C, VB-MAPP, ABAS), authored comprehensive progress reports, developed individualized behavior intervention plans, and coordinated parent support sessions that empower families alongside their children. Whether I’m facilitating a crisis intervention or coaching a behavior interventionist through data-driven strategies, I approach every task with empathy, structure, and purpose.
