About Anthony Roe

As the manager for Creek Enterprise Commspec Division & physical security team, I manage a team of telecommunication technicians responsible for the design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of structured cabling, surveillance cameras, wireless access points, access control, wireless bridges, network video recorders, firewalls, servers, switches, and desktop solutions. I have successfully managed multiple concurrent customer projects through detailed project management, thorough requirements gathering, appropriate technology design, and strong customer skills. Based on his capabilities, I have deployed successful solutions for over 30 customers, including Adrian College, Blissfield School Systems, and Hospice of Lenawee. I have expanded my technology knowledge by becoming certified in multiple surveillance cameras, network video recorders, and wireless networks. In addition, I have negotiated partnerships and my customers appreciate the broad technology solutions which focus on the best fit to match client’s needs, budget, and current information technology environments. As a project manager, I led a team of 12 technicians who provided operational support and maintenance of critical production equipment. Through this activity, I focused on eliminating single points of failure through design, installation, and maintenance processes focused on a build to run mentality. This approach has been carried through all of my technical roles. While working for a construction company, I led a team of technicians responsible for a large fleet of equipment. This team was responsible for sales, customer retention, and preventive maintenance programs. In my spare time, I love to camp, fish, hunt, golf, and go two tracking. I also enjoy playing rugby, and working on cars. I love being a husband to my beautiful wife and a father to my two sons, They're the greatest gifts this world has given me.
