Background

About Anthony Rogers

I have had many odd jobs starting in fast food, to inspecting parts at General Motors, to where I am now as a weld supervisor. When I worked at Habitat for Humanity I opened/closed the building within the first month. Working directly with the owner of Super Glass Windshield Repair when he went on vacation I ran the company. As an Resident Assistant, I was in charge of handling all types of problems that came up, for example lock-outs, drunk students, and drug searches. Went from associate, to lead, than to my last role of Go-Kart Supervisor. I open/close the building pending on the day, I also handle schedule making and changes, and deal with problems from maintenance to guest situations. I am proud to say I am now a welding supervisor where I am in charge of a team of spot welders making various units, along with other supervisory roles. With all the jobs I have had I go into each one and stay at each one giving one-hundred percent of myself each shift I work. I am a fast learning and once I pick up on any job I make sure that I excel in it.
