Having been in the property industry in Swansea since 2018 and in direct sales/marketing in various roles across the UK since 2010, I've honed my skills in building long lasting relationships based on trust and going above and beyond the expectations of the market. Whilst I would love to say everything I have done has been a success (obviously that would be a lie), any shortfalls have been opportunities to learn, reflect and improve.As good as any process or system is, the only element I have found to make the difference and that is the people within the company. Dedicating time to share practices and teaching others is essential to help build your brand but also help others reach their full potential and to that end, I am always open to discussions to help others develop their ideas or get insights into the markets I have experience in. My goal is simple, be better than the person I was yesterday. I will always celebrate others' successes and encourage people to competitive to improve, but you should be your own biggest competitor and if every day you are improving, then there is no limit to what you could achieve!
