I’m a commercially driven professional with a unique blend of legal, financial, and commercial leadership experience across South Africa and global markets. • Academic foundation: BCom Law with Accounting (90% GPA)+ LLB (90% GPA, distinction). • Legal/Finance training: 2 years in Corporate Restructuring at ENSafrica, advising on distressed M&A, debt refinancings, and cross-border restructures. • Commercial leadership: Currently serving as Head of Sales at TecEx, a global Importer of Record operating in 180+ jurisdictions. I lead international client strategy, deal structuring, and revenue growth in regulated IT, AI, and datacentre infrastructure. This path has given me exposure to: • Transaction structuring (M&A, cross-border compliance, debt workouts). • Corporate finance principles (valuation, capital structure, strategic partnerships). • Sector specialisation in AI, technology infrastructure, and cross-border trade. I’m passionate about building strategies at the intersection of finance, law, and commerce, and my long-term trajectory is toward corporate development, strategic finance, and C-suite leadership in the technology and infrastructure sectors. Currently pursuing advanced training in financial modelling & valuation (CFA) to complement my deal experience with a formal technical toolkit.
