I’ve learned that success comes from treating others in the same manner as I would want to be treated and from leading by example. That’s how I approach working with clients as a financial advisor, and those continue to be my core beliefs as a producing Branch Manager. My management team has a fundamental goal: help financial advisors succeed doing what they do best - helping clients. To do so, we work together to encourage and maintain a healthy, compliant, and enjoyable office environment. I have a passion for helping financial advisors strengthen existing relationships and developing new ones. That said, I strive to ensure that financial advisors are aware of all the various tools and methods available to accomplish both tasks. For years, I’ve worked with financial advisors to develop personal websites, brochures, and other marketing materials. More recently, as a firm we’ve embraced LinkedIn.
