I dream of a world where learning is so much fun that you do it without realizing it. Where passing on knowledge is synonymous with spreading smiles and awakening spirits. And above all, where knowledge is transformed into action. Where we make mistakes and adapt, with support. For me, that's what training is all about. So ever since, I've been doing everything in my power to understand what makes a person learn. Not so that they ingest an astronomical amount of knowledge without ever applying it. Nor to make them feel terrible about continuing, about growing as individuals. My deepest wish is to transform simple training courses into memorable learning experiences. To start from that burning energy of making an impact in this world, however small, and make it unforgettable. Where every moment has been carefully thought out with the learner in mind. Their energy, their enthusiasm, their way of being. The good news is that this dream can become reality. Today, we have access to the best tools humanity has ever known, anywhere, anytime. Together, let's take advantage of this gift and transform the world of training. Where no one should have to read a PowerPoint in front of yawning youngsters.
