About Anthony Santilli

Over the past 25+ years, I have excelled in retail management roles. Currently, I am a Store Manager with Stop & Shop Supermarket – a chain of supermarkets located in the Northeastern US with 415 stores chain-wide. I am proud to work alongside a talented team who are deeply committed to making our district-leading flagship store better every day for our associates, customers, and the community. As Store Manager, I am responsible for total store year over year and budgeted sales goals including ecommerce online digital customer sales. I provide strong, positive, and pro-active leadership to the team, and I am accountable for “Total Store” activities. We were recently awarded top percentile of stores for most engaged employees and customers. I am a Certified Supply Chain Manager with strong financial business acumen and corporate merchandising skills. I have in-depth knowledge of supply chain management, marketing, sales operations, category management, digital ecommerce, human resource management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, data mining, sales projections, and inventory controls. I enjoy connecting with other professionals on LinkedIn, learning of industry trends and best practices, and continuing my lifelong learning process.
