About Anthony Schmit

As the Explosive Ordnance Disposal/Expeditionary Mine Counter Measures (EOD/ExMCM) Requirements at R3 Strategic Support Group, Inc, I leverage my extensive experience and credentials as an EOD Master Chief to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on explosive ordnance disposal and expeditionary mine countermeasures. I have over 25 years of service in the US Navy, where I held various leadership positions, such as Command Master Chief at EODMU SIX, CTF 52, and EODMU ELEVEN. In these roles, I led and managed diverse teams of EOD technicians and supported the operational readiness and mission accomplishment of the EOD force. I also completed the Navy's Senior Enlisted Academy, and Executive Leadership Symposiums which are rigorous professional development courses that enhanced my oral communication, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making skills. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, and to sharing my knowledge and expertise with others through workshops and mentoring.
