Previously, I was a Fulfillment Processor at CSC, where I processed orders, invoices, and payments, and maintained accurate records and reports. Before joining CSC, I worked as a Product Advisor at Microsoft for five years, where I provided excellent service to our customers, demonstrated and sold the latest software and hardware, and participated in community outreach and events. I have developed strong skills in retail, customer service, and social media, as well as a passion for technology and innovation.
