I am a motivated, calm and focused project manager with a mature and logical attitude towards all areas of my work. Excellent communication skills have been fundamental in each of my assignments, and these have developed an exceptional standard of written and verbal interaction to enable me to comfortably liaise with all levels of stakeholder. Working within a large corporation like Siemens since 2002 has provided much variety and I have gained valuable experience working within different departments, from IT through to Rail Automation. The most recent part of my career has seen me managing people and coordinating various activities within growing teams. My skill for concise and comprehensive reports and presentations has been beneficial when providing regular updates about the performance of the budgets I am responsible for. I have an experienced eye for process improvement, and have a long standing proven background for customer support and service management. I have been accountable for the effective operation of controls and have consistently delivered to achieve SLA’s. My colleagues trust in my abilities and I encourage my team members to strive for a perfectionist reputation to further enhance the perception of the Siemens brand. I motivate and coach my team to be focused on excellent presentation, immaculate conduct and accuracy of work undertaken so that our customers have confidence in the service and integrity we provide.
