I have worked for the past 16 months as an electrical tendering engineer whilst doing my HNC I have also managed to gain more quilifications in this time such as first aider level 3, mental health first aider mhfa certified and iosh health and safety management.I have worked in and around care for the past 11 years,I started as a carer and progressed via different company's up the ladder, I've been a carer, assessor, client manager and recruitment manager I'm also 6 months into my level 5 nvq in health and social care, I want to progress my career even more and become and registered manager or area manager for a firm. I have vast exsperince in getting good CQC reports and turning packages around I follow all CCG CHC AND CQC Regulations and have practiced these well everywhere I go. I am the health and safety officer and fire officer for my branch of interserve health care. As a company we turn over millions a year and make strides in setting the standard for complex care. I have exsperince in mental health, dementia, complex care, children and adults, i also have exsperince around rotas costings and care plans all of which I have dealt with. I hold good relationships with CCG AND CHC in Sheffield Nottingham Derbyshire Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire. And I pride my self on the commitment and hard work I put into everything I do. My management style can change frequently depending on what is needed in any situation I adapt well and quickly to unfolding situations. I have also managed teams and shops in the retail sector I was manager at coral book makers, I was duty manager at Plessey club for 5 years,I have worked in the promotion industry for mecca bingo and was also a team leader in front of house and entertainment sectors of mecca bingo,I believe I put 100% into everything I do and I have great management skills,
