As the Transportation / Manager Starting out as a detail IT Trainer and working my way up thru the IT protocols and ended up as an IT Help Desk Technician giving me the chance to start my own department as the transportation supervisor and with a focused hard work as a Transportation Supervisor that as a demonstrated history of working with all levels of clients while maintaining efficiency and quality. Offering 7+years of experience in patient transportation and setting up patient transportation in an FQHC setting. Communicative with staff and proficient in client service. I do many things as the supervisor which included Managing all the drivers and their schedules, training all the drivers as well as drive the patient to and from there appointments as needed to help out the drivers, I do the interviewing and hiring of the drivers, I market the department with the help of our communication department, I work with all the staff to ensure that patients get to and from there appointments in a timely manner. I handle all the maintained for the fleet of vehicles that we have in our company, I oversee and support the Mobile Medical Unit that we operate, I work with third party vendors on ordering new vehicles and equipment as needed, and perform budget analyses for the upgrade of a new vehicle for the company, having a clear understanding of HIPP Laws regarding Patient Privacy. AS an IT Tech/ Help desk Technician I am an analytical, highly adaptable professional with extensive experience enhancing IT operations across enterprises.
