As a Technical Program Manager at FreezPak, I specialize in building the systems, automations, and frameworks that help operations scale. With a background in managing end-to-end projects, from software implementations to process redesign, I focus on driving efficiency and innovation where it matters most. I’ve led end-to-end overhauls of legacy systems, architected enterprise technology stacks, spanning ERP, TMS, CRM, and ITSM platforms, and aligned them with operational and strategic goals. These efforts replaced faulty workflows with scalable, integrated systems that support both warehouse and brokerage operations. Before this, I worked in the MSP world managing diverse network environments across NYC, where I developed a strong foundation in infrastructure and client-focused problem solving. At my core, I’m a builder, whether it’s systems, teams, or solutions. I’m passionate about using technology to simplify complexity, improve operations, and move industries forward.
