About Anthony Stevenson

I work in compensation, but really? I help people make decisions about pay without losing their minds—or their relationships. My job is about navigating high-stakes, emotional conversations with leadership around pay, fairness, and value. I stay grounded when things get messy. I’ve built trust across departments, not just because I understand the numbers, but because I know how to communicate them like a human.Emotional intelligence isn’t “being nice.” It’s knowing how to lead without ego, how to hold your ground without making people small. That’s how I work, and it’s why I’ve earned the trust of leaders at all levels. Once, in an exit interview, my executive complimented me on how quickly I gain trust and respect from other executives and asked what traits they should look for in my replacement. Leadership isn’t about position. It’s about the trust you build when no one’s watching.MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology | Data-informed | Equity-minded | Growth-focused
