About Anthony Thomlison

I've had the pleasure of working with great companies and people over the years! I have enjoyed learning and developing a sense of great work ethic, strong leadership, knowledge, and most importantly, how to develop great relationships with customers and employees to help drive a successful business structure. Like any life venture, there has been a few obsticles along the way (growing pains), but only learning that common sense along with a strong aptitude toward education can flurish the most stubborn weed. A few guidelines I have learned are: 1) Always be attentive and detail oriented so the small stuff is not missed and get the desired result right the first time. 2) Continue to learn and adapt as times change. 3) Employees are the foundation of a company and not to be seen as servants. Treating employees as customers. Helping them find their sweet spot within their position while motivating them to learn true responsibility. 4) Not everyone thinks or learns in the same fashion. Take a bit more time to find the way for every individual and be intentional on helping that person feel of worth. Because they are. 5) Like employees, customers also want to feel understood and accepted. In any type of business, it is the same. Take a few more minutes to listen and learn so you can make that situation the best experience possible for that customer. 6) Don't be afraid to ask for the sale. Customers are there for a reason. 7) Be yourself. If you want true, lasting relationships, do not fake great customer service. Customer service is a lifestyle.
