About Anthony Townsend

Anthony A. Townsend is the Owner Relations Coordinator for the South Seas Team in Captiva, FL. Current focus areas include: Assisting the team in day-to-day management of accounts and owner communications. In addition to his 15+ years of Customer Service experience and bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Anthony brings 6+ years of Property Management experience to the table. His core knowledge base stretches from leasing and maintenance to financial management and sales. This experience has been practiced and sharpened through working with a multitude of types of properties – including single family homes, residential buildings, condominium associations, and short term vacation rentals. He takes pride in being a resource and asset to his team, as well as property owners and guests. One of his favorite sayings is – “Property management is not just a career; it’s a way of life.” When he is not working, Anthony enjoys traveling just about everywhere and attending local festivals and restaurants. He makes it a point to visit local museums, parks, and restaurants to learn the history of the community. Originally from Milwaukee, WI he is finally getting used to the Florida “seasons”. Anthony is looking forward to both his and South Seas’ continued growth and development and is thrilled to be a member of such a solid team!
