About Anthony Tran

My name is Tran Thai Tri Tan and I am from School of Computing, National University of Singapore. Currently I am in my third year of study, majoring in Information Systems. I am interested in big data and how an organization can leverage IT applications to mine these huge sources of data in order to make its activities more efficiently and effectively. During my current undergraduate program in NUS, I have exposed to programming languages and system architectures. I took courses which emphasized on the importance of data analysis in an organization, trained me on analytical skill and involved statistical tools used in analysing data. Besides practising technical and analytical skills, I have been actively participating in extra-curriculum activities in order that I can strengthen my interpersonal skills. Additionally, I have developed Healthcare Information System in JavaEE as a school project.
