About Anthony Vaughan

Anthony has been a certified personal trainer in NYC for over 15 years. He has provided training services for health clubs and private clients as well as fitness consulting for Disney Theatrical on shows such as Tarzan, Lion King and Aladin. He has developed training programs for broadway principal performers as well as executives of all backgrounds and fitness levels. His area of expertise is solving the problems associated with fitness in today's complexed professional landscape. Anthony was an all conference NCAA track & field athlete at the University of South Florida where he graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He has earned two personal training certifications, NASM (National academy of sports medicine) and NSCA (National strength and conditioning association). Additional areas of study include Spinal stabilization and MAT (Muscle activation technique). Anthony is constantly learning and innovating new and more effective methods of training. His engineering background uniquely qualifies him to process the numerous variables that affect the success of a given training program. His athletic background gives him insight into the incredible potential that exists in determined individuals. The god given ability to improve ones condition regardless of circumstance. Anthony's passion is finding that fuel that can ignite the fire within us all. That tipping point that precedes uncommon growth. One session at a time and one accomplishment at a time.
