Managing technicians and teams to ensure timely deployment off all projects making sure no budget overrun and motivating the team to deliver the best at all times. Preparing project overview reports submitting to management and customers to keep them updated of the day today progress of the projects and ensuring proper billing to customers based on the milestones that has been achieved. Handling multiple projects across different technologies such as data concentrator meter reading, Energy management System, lighting control systems, Building management systems and learning constantly to educate the customer and also provide necessary supervisory means for all the teams and sub-contractors involved in the project Bachelor of Computer Applications' 2012.
