I possess extensive and comprehensive experience with all facets of corporate finance and governance. Previously serving eight years as Chief Financial Officer and key board member for The Food Group International, I have gained tremendous insight into the intricacies of financial and non-client delivery operations. I have also gained a deep understanding of the importance of collaboration between multiple departments, cohesion among all functions, and direction throughout every level of operation. I’m a problem solver with a knack for analysis and strategy, and I am skilled at navigating the complexities of investor interactions. I have a reputation for implementing successful system re-designs that play a critical role in business development. In my current position as Chief Financial Officer for Systemised Building Services, I utilise my acquired knowledge of business development tactics to strategically collaborate with investor groups, acquisition targets, banks, and service providers to strengthen the program for planned IPO and finance function. I have done an excellent job helping many organisations grow with capabilities that are easily transferable to any business.
