About Anthony Welsh

A dedicated, focused and motivated individual with great customer service skills. During my time with the bank I have gained an in depth knowledge of the banks processes and have been involved with the changing ways in which customers bank. Regarded as a valuable, trustworthy and effectual team member who possesses excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels; both written and verbally. In my time at NatWest I have developed a sound knowledge of financial products and services along with the ability to discuss appropriate products with customers. I am a self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt to change and learn new skills quickly. I have had to deal with changing customer needs and the technology with regards to ways to bank. Throughout my professional career it has been essential for me to create, develop, and maintain working relationships with a variety of customers and colleagues. This is a skill I consider to be crucial within my current role and future roles.
