As the Director of Quality at Hamilton Security, I lead the development and implementation of quality standards and processes, across the organization, as well as holding the audit program manager responsibilities ensuring conformity to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other regulatory requirements through internal audits. I have a strong background in quality management, with over 7 years of experience as a Facilities Operations Manager and a Quality Control Chemist at Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental and industrial services. There, I managed the daily operations of multiple facilities functions, coordinated the hazardous materials training and handling, and performed root cause analysis and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Cincinnati, where I gained a solid foundation in earth science, data analysis, and problem-solving. I am passionate about delivering quality services and products that meet or exceed customer expectations, while also ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment. I value collaboration, coaching, and learning, and I strive to create a culture of excellence and innovation within my team and the organization.
