National award received from Hon’ble Vice President of India for one of my work in polymer coatings. Also, having 3 patents (1PCT, 2US). Developed few commercial products: 1. Silane-nanotechnology based self-cleaning and antimicrobial coating. Solvent free polyurethane coatings for anticorrosive application for Berger paint. Siloxane-zwitterionic polyurethane coatings for antifoul application for ship hull. Polyurethane membrane for continuous glucose monitoring sensor application. Expert in polymer synthesis and formulation for application ranging from coating to biomedical. Expert in silicone and polyurethane (solvent-based and waterborne) coatings. Experience in polyurethane foam, and wastewater purification. Experience in silane & silicone, polyurethane, acrylic, epoxy, zwitterion, polyethylene terephthalate and etc. Experience in synthesis and design of polymer for biomedical application. Experience in new product development, business strategies, team leader, and R&D management. Hands-on experience in analytical instrument operation (GPC, FTIR, WCA, UTM, etc). Good communication skills (orally and in writing, including technical proposals/reports). Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and team management.
