I have acquired skills that provide me the ability to adapt and conquer any task placed in front of me, just as Liam was able to do in Taken. At Phillips 66 as an IT Business Analyst in Asset Maintenance, I partner closely with refining units to capture requirements that lead to impactful business-enabling solutions. One of my proudest moments was managing a cross-functional project rolling out PowerDB to our refineries where we successfully aligned our budget with scope objectives—resulting in a 20% increase in operational efficiency over six months. Before joining Phillips 66, I honed my skills at Sunnova Energy where I developed detailed user stories that enhanced product solutions significantly. Collaborating with developers was key; together we clarified requirements that ultimately improved our product offerings by 30%. These experiences have solidified my belief in the power of teamwork and clear communication. My background also includes the Digital Technology Leadership Program at Carrier where I gained experience across the technology space in cybersecurity, automation and customer experience. This program really allowed me to become a jack of all trades in the technology space. In my spare time I enjoy gastronomy, traveling, MMA and music!
