Ich arbeite dort am liebsten, wo Perspektiven aufeinandertreffen: zwischen Teams, Funktionen oder Ländern. Ich bringe Struktur in komplexe Zusammenhänge, schaffe Klarheit und begleite Veränderung – pragmatisch, verbindlich und mit einem guten Gespür für Dynamiken. Mein Hintergrund reicht vom Mittelstand bis zum Konzern, von Marke und Kommunikation bis Produktentwicklung, von kreativ bis prozessorientiert.
