About Antoine Cayphas

Since I'm a teenager, I love to play with any kind of data. It started when I was playing Word of Warcraft, I really enjoyed analysing the in-game market and trying to find the fastest way and easiest way to make money. I loved it so much that I wrote my first master's thesis on it, where I described the different player's behaviour that I could observe through the data and then implement a simulator of this virtual economy. Once I was done with my Master in Computer Science specialised in AI, I started an MBA because I was always interested to have a better understanding about the Business. At the same time I wanted to start to gain more experience as a data scientist. So firstly, I was working part-time as a data scientist at Sagacify, then I decided to move and I started to work full-time at Apptweak. For my second master's thesis, I decided to use again a lot of data and study different factors that could have an impact in the number of downloads for a mobile app. I love to share my knowledge with others, when I was at uni I was helping the first year and the second year during my lunch time. And now I'm giving sporadically data science and coding lessons. I'm an easy-going person and I'm not afraid to talk to people. A boss told me once that everywhere I go I'm making people smile, it was one of the best compliment I ever had.
