I have a passion for small, impactful companies. I realised that the world is shaped by passionate individuals striving to make a difference. I made it my life’s mission to help those entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community leaders become more impactful, and I became an Impactful Scaling Consultant. By using a wide variety of best practices, tailored to each unique business, I help SMBs that already bring positive change to the world improve their bottom line, scale efficiently, and upskill their employees. Equipped with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, an Industrial Engineering degree, and several leadership and coaching certificates, I have been solving complex business problems for the past 13 years. Before founding my consulting firm, I held several leadership positions in different industries and built a reputation as a people-oriented, customer-centric business leader and experienced change agent. I have a proven track record of identifying opportunities and scoping and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in fast-paced, fast-growing, and competitive environments. At home, I am a proud dad to a little boy, a passionate amateur photographer, and a home cook.
