Deputy Director of the Mission Locale of Nord Mosellan, I am committed every day to supporting young people on their path to success — helping them build self-confidence, rebuild themselves, explore career paths, access internships, training, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities. At the Mission Locale, we work daily to restore everyone’s right to dream, because every project begins with ambition, a desire, a vision of oneself. And since the distance between a dream and reality is called action, I strive to build concrete bridges between young people, businesses, and partners — firmly believing that youth is our most promising future. With 20 years of experience in France and abroad (United States, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Brazil, Slovakia), I’ve worked in finance, human resources, and project management, leading strategic and people-centered transformations. Today, I combine this international expertise with hands-on work rooted in the local community and focused on social impact. What drives me: unlocking potential and sparking positive change.
