About Antoine Rogers
Dr Antoine Rogers joined Spiral Skills as Head of Programmes in January 2026, bringing over 25 years of practice-based and academic experience informed by lived experience of growing up in care in his native Chicago. A trained social work youth practitioner and applied academic, now based in London for over 20 years, his career has focused on the care, development and empowerment of young people facing structural inequality and marginalisation. Before joining Spiral Skills, he was Director of the Urban Scholars Programme at Brunel University London, leading a long-term educational enrichment programme for young people aged 12–18 across more than 15 schools in London. His work spans education, community activism, public health policy and ethical social welfare practice.
