Background

About Antoinette Vosloo

As Group HR manager my role is that of an agent of continuous transformation, shaping processes and a culture that together improve an organization’s capacity for change. I am well grounded in company strategy and am known for my hands-on approach, whether consulting with the C-Suite or the management on the manufacturing floor. This allows me to better understand what company leaders need, and to serve them better. My approach delivers business results. Thanks to my experience in talent management, leadership development, workforce planning and performance management I am able to support executive teams engaging in pioneering undertakings, and to deliver unique people-focused insights. I am drawn to environments which approach HR with a new agenda, in which every one of HR’s activities, in some concrete way, helps the company better serve its customers, environments where employees are championed and valued.
