Final year law student with extensive experience in the legal field. From Finland | Studying in Sweden | Spring semester '23 spent in Korea as an exchange student at the University of Seoul, School of Economics (,). 3+ years of experience in legal advising and valuable experience working at an investment company and a law firm, both based in Stockholm, Sweden. Created the 2023 year’s 19th edition of Sweden’s primary medical law book, published by the team at Stockholm-based Institutet för Medicinsk Rätt. Apart from legal expertise; experience in purchases, sales, bookkeeping, planning, and other business operations, from having been a sole proprietor in Finland. The business, established in 2020, has continued to thrive under the management of another proprietor. Knowledge extends beyond traditional legal and business practices, as having been coached in stress management, self-leadership, and time management by Jens Näsström, a renowned occupational psychologist, researcher, and lecturer specializing in lawyers and law firms, with over 15 years of experience in the success and well-being of lawyers. The bachelor (LLB) thesis researches smart contracts based on blockchain and their compatibility with and impact on Sweden's contract law regulation on invalidating contracts, resulting in the highest grade. The topic was further researched in a shorter paper on smart contracts and real estate transactions within an advanced course in commercial contract law. Enrolling in online courses from online course providers when needing courses on topics the university does not offer. Recently completed a course on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) from an investment banking perspective. Continuously striving to expand understanding and stay updated with the latest industry developments, learning about legal tech, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and third-party litigation funding (TPLF)- open to discuss potential projects and opportunities within the topics mentioned. Also interested in The Four Asian Tigers (Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan) and would be delighted to discuss potential projects and opportunities in East Asia.
