Designing complex software systems from the ground up and guiding them through all stages of development. Worked with huge and heavy-loaded systems in the healthcare domain, gambling, and computer vision. I can lead the discovery phase, gather all required business goals, constants, and requests, translate them into technical language, design architecture, define scope, roadmap, and estimates, compose team structure and prepare all necessary documentation, charts, and diagrams to step into the implementation phase.
